Roadside Assistance
If the car is unable to move due to a breakdown or an accident, it will be moved to any place the client requires according to the type of the contracted program.
Removal of the Vehicle (return to the ordinary road)
In case of car deviation to a side road or a sub-route, it will be returned back to the ordinary road
Fuel delivery
In case the client’s car ran out of fuel, the client can benefit from the service of ordering a quantity of fuel that enables him to reach the nearest fuel station (according to the maximum quantity that could be delivered safely to him) and the client only pays the fuel cost
Battery Charging
In case the car cannot move due to discharged battery, Euro Assist shall send its technician to recharge the battery temporarily to be able to move the car at that time, or by using car cable jumping
Tire replacement
In case of tire puncture or flat tire, Euro Assist shall send a technician to assist in replacing it with the spare tire (in case of availability of a functioning spare tire) This program coverage does not include supplying spare parts or replacement parts or any type of materials, in addition, this coverage does not include tire puncture repair or welding costs
Supply of information
In case client requires any information about hospitals, service centers, ambulance and anything related to the accident or the breakdown according to the program coverage (via phone, fax or email)
Replacement car with driver
In case of road traffic accident, causing immobilization to the client’s vehicle which requires remaining in the maintenance center for a period that exceeds 5 working days for its repair according to certified report in written form by the insurance company.
Ambulance arrangements
Request and follow up the ambulance to the insured passengers and verify the quality of the medical services
Transport of Passengers
In case of road traffic accident or breakdown, causing immobilization to the client’s vehicle, Euro Assist will take in charge transporting the passengers (up to 4 persons) to the destination chosen by the client.
Accommodation in hotel
In case of road traffic accident (in a city far more than 300 KM from the client’s home city), and that causing immobilization to the client’s vehicle which requires remaining in the maintenance center for a period that exceeds 72 hours (excluding weekends and vacations) for its repair according to certified report in written form by the insurance company.
License renewing
The company can renew the license of the vehicle on behalf of the client without any additional expenses or perquisites, with the commitment of the client to pay all expenses (receipts) with the value of irregularities Paperwork is received and the delivery of the renewed license to the client’s work place or home
Door To Door Service
When the client needs to make the regular services for his vehicle (up to 3 times a year), Euro Assist provides a professional driver to receive the client’s car from his home or his office, to do the regular service on behalf of the client. In the authorized service centers
